Here's what you need to know...👇

You are spirit first
You have a soul.
And you live in a body.

Sometimes, we're fighting a battle from a physical or natural perspective when we need to also fight from a spiritual one.

📖 Ephesians 6:12

⚔️Signs you may need to attack this from a higher (spiritual) perspective.

- Obesity runs in your family
- Obesity runs through generations
- Addiction of any kind runs in your family
- You seem to eat uncontrollably without thinking about it
- You keep trying to lose weight and keep finding yourself back to old habits

I use my 🌟Faith-Fueled Weight Loss Method🌟 to teach my clients to lose weight from a spirit-first perspective, and it's how I've kept off the 80lbs that I've lost.

Not everything can be changed by just trying to do more. That includes trying to lose weight with MORE motivation, MORE dieting, MORE exercising..

Sometimes, it's about understanding and unlocking the power and authority you have in and through Christ. That's what you're going to start learning as you begin focusing on being Spirit-led in your weight loss journey.

When you tap into that, it's no longer about avoiding foods that cause you to overeat because they are your weakness. It's about drawing self-control through Holy Spirit and learning to have control over food instead of it controlling you.

(And we may need to pray and break some generational stuff, too)
